Ski season is here! Each weekend from January to March our trained PCAS instructors offer ski lessons at Camelback Mountain Resort, Tannersville PA.

Skiing for all abilities

PCAS can accommodate a wide range of skiers. Lessons include guided skiing for the visually impaired, stand up and sit down skiing, and lessons for intellectually disabled skiers.  This year, thanks to generous grants from the Warrington Rotary Club, Craig’s Gladiators, and Identafor we have added new state-of-the-art bi-ski’s to our inventory. This will enable us to accommodate more sit-skiers.

Ski camp for youth

Our annual youth ski camp dates for this year are February 6 – 11th. Two Paralympians, both alumni of our program, will lead the camp this year. Tyler Carter will serve as the camp head coach assisted by Stephanie Jallen. Tyler was a member of the 2014 U.S. Paralympic Team and competed in the Giant Slalom Race at the 2014 Sochi Paralympics. Stephanie competed in Sochi, bringing home abronze medals for the Super-G and Super Combined. Both are training to compete in the 2018 Winter Paralympics in Seoul Korea.

Know a youth who would be interested in participating in this year’s camp? Need more information? Please call us at (215) 765-5118.

Ski Camp welcomes all levels of experience from first-time skiers through Paralympic development skiers.

Become a volunteer instructor

We welcome skiers and snowboarders who want to come out and volunteer with our athletes. You need enthusiasm for the sport so we can provide a great day on the slopes for anyone. If interested in volunteering as an instructor, use the contact form to get in touch.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
